The grade IS 3589 is designed with superior dimensional accuracy and it is resist different types of corrosive and oxidant media in many other environments. 3589 gr 410 steels possess a decent amount of strength and tolerances and is straight chromium hardened steel. IS 3589 gr 330 is being provided with highly appreciated for its smooth finish, dimensional accuracy, high tensile strength, and long life. IS 3589 fe 410 are known for high strength, corrosion resistance, resistant to damage, sturdiness, durability, thermal resistance etc. IS 3589 gr 330 can be easily performed in hot working, and has resistance to carburization and oxidation at 1200 degree Celsius. Its working is difficult to cold working. 3589 fe 410 grade pipes have a good surface finish with excellent thermal resistance and have resistance against damage and are leakproof.
3589 material specification possess a tensile strength of minimum 450Mpa and yield strength of minimum 275Mpa and give the piping systems enhanced mechanical properties. IS 3589 2001 used primarily for carrying water such as for their domestic application. IS 3589 gr 410 are fairly good corrosion resistance as generally supplied hardened and tempered in the tensile range 700 - 850 Mpa. It is a straight chromium high hardenability steel which has good strength. 3589 equivalent to astm were pipes and tubes is produced with high quality material, and possess a long service life.
