Chhajed Alloys & Steel are aggressively venturing into exporting of our products to various countries. Hastelloy alloy is a nickel based alloy. It comes in primarily two groups; one with more molybdenum and the other with more chromium. Both are called the Hastelloy. They are all exceptionally resistant to strong oxidizing solutions and have high durability in reducing agents. They are also resistant to intergranular corrosion because of the low carbon content and the less carbide precipitation with welding. The Hastelloy application list is longer. There are different forms and shapes of products manufactured with different standards that are used in a variety of applications. They are used in sour gas wells, waste treatment plants, chemical processing components, pulp and paper industries, reaction vessels in chemical plants, heat exchangers, fans and in food processing equipment as well. The Hastelloy suppliers sell all different grades and the different products as well. The products range from fasteners to pipes and bolts to contour rings. Other then Hastelloy, under the superalloy family many grades are incuding such as Inconel & Monel.
All Chhajed products are manufactured under strict process control and monitored throughout the production process. They go through several checks to ensure that the product delivered is of finest quality!
